Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be the same item you received from us. Sounds silly but unfortunately necessary to say.

Don’t worry about including the receipt, we have a really smart machine that remembers everyone and their orders.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If it’s apparent that you are abusing the system we will refund you regardless and flag your account.

When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Please note: If you’re rude or vulgar we will send your refund in pennies, C.O.D.!

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable unless …. the product was damaged prior to you receiving it in this case we will also refund your USPS standard return shipping expense.

As of December 1st, 2020 (3 years of business) we have not had a single return or request for refund. We stand behind our products and are rational and reasonable human beings. Please contact us with any concerns or questions.
